Ensuring that smoke, dust, water and slag of steel products meet the standards is a complete set of powerful system engineering, which includes many environmental protection difficulties in the industry. Through Targeted Dust/Gas removal Treatment, BAOLAI steel pipe carries out dust removal treatment on zinc pots, zinc smoke, boilers and acid mist facilities in each workshop, and discharges them in an organized and standard manner.

Wastewater Revolution: 100% Closed-Loop Recycling

BAOLAI Group invested 2 million yuan to upgrade the sewage treatment plant, so that the treated sewage can be recycled, saving 40,000 tons of water resources annually, and completely achieving no discharge and no pollution.

Energy Transition: From Coal to Clean Gas

We reengineered our galvanizing lines for planetary health:
